Recipe: Boar Bites – A cute way to serve boar

After making boar burgers, I decided to experiment more with boar meat. The truth is, I got a huge batch of mini sweet peppers in my CSA box and they were SO ADORABLE! Think of a baby sized bell pepper. SO CUTE. So because I’m an alliteration nut, all I could think was ‘these are baby sized bites’ and then ‘baby boar bites would be so cute!’. I probably shouldn’t be sharing how my psyche works, but it’s got to be obvious by now that if it’s adorable (which includes black fuzzy kitties), I’m going to be a sucker for it.

Cheerleading competition?

That’s it. Four ingredients, four steps, and you got yourself a platter of boar bites.
